This page contains information about the different Fishing Skills available in /fish skills.

What are Skills?

There are currently 10 different skills that you can upgrade that will benefit different areas of the plugin as you upgrade them.

To upgrade skills, you require Skill Points. You earn one Skill Point every time you level up.

To access the skills menu in game - type /fish skills, or click on the icon in the main menu.

Type of Skills

There are currently two different types of skills, and each have different impacts, and leveling up features attached to them.

Upgrade Skills

There are currently 5 Upgradable Skills. These cost one point to upgrade each time and give diminishing returns based on how many points you spend on that skill.

I would recommend to balance your points equally to begin with, and then respec into specific skills once you have a large quantity of them available to you.

One Time Purchase Skills

These skills act as 'passive' effects rather then a skill. These cost a flat amount of Skill points (usually 10) to purchase. After you have purchased it, that skill is forever active for you.

However, these skills scale with your Fishing Level. This means that the higher Fishing Level you are - the better these skills will preform.

To maximise on these skills - try leveling up as much as you can.

​Better Gutting	​Gives you more Entropy from gutting fish.
​Luck of the Catch	Gives you more Entropy from catching fish.​
​Master Augmenter	Reduces the cost to craft Augments​.
​Totem Leader	Reduces your totem cooldown when catching a fish.​

One Time Purchase Skills

​Divine Judgement	​Gives a chance to summon a divine strike that cause a Tsunami. Fishing in the tsunami doubles all fish caught within its radius.	​15 Skill Points
​Tribal Shout	​Gives nearby players inside of your Fishing Totem a percentage of the total effects	​​15 Skill Points
Combo Catcher​	Increases ​a combo that increases your chance to catch rarer fish. Higher the skill, the higher the combo can get.	​​15 Skill Points
Augment Infusion​	​A change to refund some of the items used in augment crafting.	​​15 Skill Points
